Shipping policy

We currently ship physical products within Australia and New Zealand only.

Digital downloads and services (including Home Prescription) are available worldwide. They're delivered by email, so no shipping is needed.

Australia – Standard: $6.95, or free on orders over $50.

Australia – Express Post: $14.95, or $9.95 on orders over $50. Express orders are dispatched within 1 business day, with next business day delivery to most metro areas. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer. Express is available within Australia only.

New Zealand: flat rate of $25 AUD per order.

Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and aren't guaranteed. During busy periods like Christmas, things can take longer, so we'll share our last order dates for Christmas delivery closer to the time.
