How long does it take to receive my prescription?
10 working business days from when your intake form is submitted. You'll always know the timeline before you start.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Just your home's floor plan (even a rough sketch is fine) and a few details about your space and what you're navigating, all gathered through a simple intake form after checkout.
Does this work for apartments and rentals, or only houses?
Yes - Home Prescription works beautifully for apartments, rentals and shared homes, not just houses you own. The same principles apply no matter the size or type of space.
Do I need to be home or available for a call?
Not at all. Everything is completed remotely using your floor plan and the details you share, so you can go through your prescription in your own time.
Is my home and personal information kept private?
Always. Everything you share with me is used only to prepare your personalised prescription and treated with complete confidentiality.
