• Wash before use (using non toxic laundry powder/detergent where possible)

• Prepare: Lay the pack flat and apply a generous amount of castor oil to the organic cotton side of the wrap (in the middle, avoiding the edges)

• Position: Place the wrap over your abdomen, focusing on the liver area (right side under your rib cage), and adjust the straps to suit for a comfortable fit

• Relax: Cover with a towel or loose clothing and place a hot water bottle or heating pad on top (optional). Relax for 60 minutes while the warmth helps the oil absorb into your skin. Alternatively, leave on overnight for additional benefits.
• Clean Up: Remove the wrap and gently cleanse the area
